RV CLUB RALLY'S
You can tentatively reserve in advance without any
credit card or deposit, but when we come to within a month you will need to
confirm these reservations.
RV Site:
We require a minimum of two weeks confirmation for your Rally and how many sites
you will need. If your Club is large (30) or more, we will need a month in
advance notice. (You must have a minimum of ten units to be considered a
Club and to qualify for a discount). This can be confirmed with a credit card, or a deposit for
one night accommodations for each RV that is reserved.
(If
you are a Wagon Master and don't want to use your credit card, you can request
that your group individually call in with their credit card to reserve their own
site.) You can also request your group to send in their money to you
(Wagon Master), then you can send in one nights accommodations to us.
Catered
Meals: Our regular Chef, is flexible, but would like to have a
minimum of two week notice on number of meals. A minimum of twenty people
required.
Chuck Wagon Caterer wants a minimum of fifty people,
and two meals, you will need to be sure how many you reserve because that is how
many we will be charged.
Cancellation
Rules: Please advise as soon as possible. If the entire club
is canceling, will need a minimum of a two week notice. If your club falls
in the 30 or more, we will need a month advance notice. If individuals are
canceling, they will need to give me a minimum of 48 hr notice. The
reasons for these differences are that we can possibly fill your vacancy if we
have enough notice. When we book large clubs in, we turn a lot of
customers away to accommodate the large club.
Meeting
Rooms: Clubs (30-50 sites) that take the majority of our sites, may
have the use of the Community Center (seats 120-140). The only exception
would be if we have a conflict with another catered meal, or another large club.
Scheduling would be necessary if this happens. If your group is under the
majority (10-30), we can specify two-hour segments and share with other groups/clubs.
Clubs under 10, are individuals not a Club; but we will do our best to
accommodate your needs.
Theatre: When
you reserve for the Show, we request a confirmation within a two week period.
EXCEPTION: Nashville Artist
requires prepayment at time of reservation.
2010 Club
Rates will be $26 each night. Tickets for the regular show will be
$12 per person. Nashville acts will be relayed to you as we are informed.
